Ⅰ. Structure & Features

The frame adopts steel-welded structure; eliminates the stress by vibratory stress relief which has sufficient strength and rigidity. The machine adopts hydraulic cylinders driving; the slider adopts mechanical synchronizing which keeps the machine stationary&reliable during working. The machine is equipped with power adjusting devices for slider stroke and the back gauge with a manual fine adjusting mechanism and a counter displaying the position of the stop. An adjusting device of wedge type is fixed on the upside of the upper tool to ensure the precise bending work.
